Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection

Hotel Xenia was our last stay on a long vacation in Europe was wonderful. The hotel manager Alexssando introduced himself upon our arrival and we knew we were in good hands. The front desk staff were very attentive and efficient. We started the day with breakfast buffet, included, and the greetings and service from the staff were incredible. We choose to have dinner in the restaurant two nights after long walking touring days and the theatre. The hotel is so comfortable and restful. The food is terrific. Our rooms were very comfortable, well cared for and the bed was great. We have traveled a great deal and this hotel and its very competent staff is one of the finest in Europe. We highly recommend it.

I spent hours researching hotels for our stay in London and sooo glad we choose Hotel Xenia for our first time in London! Five star service from the staff. Nice location and very walkable to restaurants, museums, Harrods and tube station. We were glad to not be in the touristy areas. Had dinner first night and it was very good. Ate at The Ivy Kensington location for breakfast and it was fantastic (10 minute walk from hotel). Classic Guest Room was a little tight, but bathroom was very modern and good size (better than what pics show on their site).

A perfect experience from start to finish, with outstanding service. The breakfast is fabulous: fresh products, great variety, and excellent quality. A real pleasure every morning. We also chose the option with spa access, including jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna, located in a building just 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel, which was extremely convenient and very enjoyable. The only minor downside is the size of the room, which is quite small, but this is largely compensated by the extremely comfortable king-size bed. All of this for a very reasonable price considering the high quality of the services and facilities provided. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

We have been thrilled to vacation here for 14 days. Plenty of awesome staff, and spotless clean everywhere. Cream colored carpet and white leather bedroom furniture. Bedding is high end lovely sheets and towels. It's 1.5 miles from Harrods. We took very, reasonably priced Ubers, due to walking issues. Food was excellent !!! We ate here many times. EVERY,, ,,,SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was amazing !! A must stay for anyone coming to visit London. We will definitely be back and staying here. Your all OUTSTANDING !

What an amazing hotel! Bathroom has a great shower with (thank god) hot water compared to most of the other hotels. The staff is super friendly and trying to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast starts at 7 but the manager did all the possible to prepare our breakfast at 6.30 so we were able to leave on time to catch our return train. Staff at breakfast room was Breakfast itself was very nice. Lots of home made choices. If I go to London again it will be in hotel Xenia for sure!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Xenia with the staff being very accommodating and the room and breakfast especially great. A special thanks to Saida, Abimanyu, and Paolo who made our stay incredible by facilitating our engagement with special decorations in the room. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel again!

We were here for one week. Exceptional service. The most incredible breakfast we have ever had. Large bowls of fresh fruit. Freshly baked cakes, pastries every morning. Plus all the usual, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and they will make eggs however you want them. and every type of coffee or espresso drink. The lobby is modern and welcoming and comfortable Location is perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the underground and we took it daily. As many others have mentioned; the rooms are small, quite small. But still very comfortable and well appointed. Alejandro and Tobias in the restaurant welcomed us each morning like family. (Well almost like family) and after the second morning, knew what we would order. Mihail - the concierge was incredibly helpful So if you want a wonderful refuge while in busy London, this is your place

Lovely hotel. Great location, well appointed, clean and neat, room was very well equipped despite being a basic london size. The staff were very polite and I was delighted to be welcomed and bid goodbye personally by the manager. Also loved the special touch of some baked goods with a handwritten card to welcome me during the holiday season. I’ll be back!
